- Description
- USDA, Forest Service, Ohio River Basin Procurement Cluster has a requirement for a contractor to provide labor, services, material and equipment necessary to perform soil and watershed restoration erosion control maintenance, dump site cleanup, and old well filling services on the Hoosier National Forest. The government intends to award at least one Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract term will be base year plus four option years. The work will include seeding and mulching, earthfill and compaction, silt fence installation, excavating and installing fabric check dams, installing gates or barrier posts, dumpsite cleanup, filling or capping old wells. Project location: Work sites are located on both the Brownstown Ranger District and the Tell City Ranger District. Counties are Brown, Lawrence, Crawford, Dubois, Monroe, Jackson, Orange, and Perry. Estimated cost is between $10 and 200K. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to SCA wage rates. The requirement is being solicited as a HUBZone set-aside.
