- PR:0016456337, Is in support of the AV-8 Aircraft Program for a Module, Linear. This Solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. PRLI 0001 quantity is 20 and with a 100% Option. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at destination. This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as Un-restricted Other Than Full and Open. The NSN is 1680-01-172-3439, 182-day delivery. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
