- Description
- NSN 4810-01-134-5156 Valve, Solenoid. To be procured I/A/W either South Bend Controls Inc (02250) part number 10019707 or Eaton Corporation (99643) part number 60490. A total of 175 each to be delivered as follows: 64 each to New Cumberland PA 17070-5001, 111 each to Tracy CA 95304-5000. Required delivery is 210 days. Inspection is at destination. Proposed solicitation is unrestricted. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See numbered note 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 12/13/07 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ Please note: The solicitation will not be available until the issue date.
