- The solicitation and all amendments will be posted via the FedBizzOpps.gov website at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov The Virginia Contracting Activity (VaCA), on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ); type contract for Senior Engineering Technical Advisors (SETA) contract support to provide consistent senior-level information technology support across the Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) enterprise. The following three support areas have been set-aside for small business: Enterprise Capability Innovations Support, Enterprise Operations and Maintenance and Conferences Coordination and Support. These areas have also been identified in the Statement of Objectives; Large businesses are precluded from submitting proposals for these areas. Small businesses may submit proposals for the entire SOO requirement or the three areas set-aside for small businesses. Contractors are advised that this may result in two separate awards.
