- NAICS Code: 325120 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 3, Philadelphia, PA 19103 intends to award a fixed-priced blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for Compressed and Liquid Gases. Briefly, the EPA has ongoing requirements for the following: Helium, Nitrogen, Argon, Liquid Argon, Liquid Nitrogen, and Hydrogen. This BPA will be in support of the EPAs Environmental Science Center, located at 701 Mapes Road, Fort Meade, Maryland 20755. All deliveries under this BPA shall go to the Fort Meade address. The BPA will be in effect for three (3) years from the date of award. Call orders will be issued against the BPA during the performance period. Multiple BPAs may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The NAICS code for this procurement is 325120 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. A solicitation package has been prepared and is available upon request to the Contracting Officer, John Robb at robb.john@epa.gov.
