- DESCRIPTION: THERE IS NO RFP PACKAGE TO DOWNLOAD. ALL INFORMATION NEEDED TO SUBMIT SF330 DOCUMENT IS CONTAINED HEREIN. Architect/Engineer (A/E) services are required for a firm fixed-price Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Preparation of Navy and Marine Corps Facilities Planning and Environmental Documentation in California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, Washington , Montana and Utah. Preponderance of the work will be located within Southern California but there is the possibility of work being located anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, when that work comes under the responsibility of Southwest Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, San Diego, California.
