Description

The National Park Service posted the questions and answers received from the site visit of the general store and general merchandise services at the El Portal Administrative Site adjacent to Yosemite National Park. The estimated value of personal property was mistated in the questions and answers, the correct amount of estiamted personal property is $50,000. Please see Page 2 and Page 12 of the Business Opportunity for further information. Any offer, including that of the existing Concessioner, must be received by the Concessions Program Manager, National Park Service, Pacific West Region, 1111 Jackson Street, Suite 700, Oakland, California 94607 no later than December 18, 2007, by 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the Concession Contract. You must include a business address (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express package. Prospectus packages will be available by contacting Darby Watson, Financial Analyst, Pacific West Region, Concession Management, 1111 Jackson Street, Suite 700, Oakland, California 94607.
