- Description
- Construction of a new training 10,000 - 12,000 square foot facility for Safeguards & Security personnel. This facility will be located on the U.S Department of Energys Pantex Plant, Amarillo, TX. Work includes the design and construction of the fa cility, which includes traditional and computer-based training classrooms, assembly areas, break areas, and associated services areas. The work also includes reconfiguration of existing systems furniture in an existing office space. Supporting site work will include utilities, parking, grading, communications, and turfing. Work shall meet current building codes and safety requirements. Pantex Plant is a secure facility. All contractor and subcontractor personnel working on this project must be U.S. Citi zens. Plans and specifications will be ready on or about December 12, 2007 and will be downloadable through FedTeDS.
