- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the procurement of services for the following: 6 Matrix N3 System Bundle-Part No. ES SN S11; 1 Matrix N7 System Bundle-Part No. ES SN S14; 73 Ma trix E1 1H582 25 G Switch-Part No. ES SN S02; 7 Matrix E1 1H582 51 G Switch-Part No. ES SN S04; 5 Dragon GE500 Nerwork Sensor Appliance-Part No. ES SN S14; 1 DSISA7 TX Network Sensor Server-Part No. ES SN S12; 1 NSA IN LIC Netsight Atlas Inventory MGR Lice nse Key-Part No. ES SAS S03; 1 NSA ME LIC Console Medium Enterprise License-Part No. SN SAS S06; 1 NSA PM LIC Policy MGR License Key-Part No. EN SAS S07; 1 ASM ME LIC Automated Security MGR Medium Enterprise-Part No. ES SAS S11; 1 SNS TAG LPA Sentinel Low End Appliance-Part No. ES SN S04; and 1 NSTAM ME LIC Enterasys Sentinel Trusted Access MGR.-Part No. ES SAS S10. This request is for 1 year with 4 option years, and is prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR 13. This comb ined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Commercial Solicitation under W911RP-08-T-0025 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. This action is set aside for small business; the NAICS code and applicable size standard is 811212 and $23 Million. A fixed price contract is anticipated. Prices submitted are to be FOB Destination. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (no addenda), and FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (must be completed) apply t o this acquisition.
