- Pre-solicitation notice for the purchase of one EA Skid Loader, New Holland L190 or equal IAW the purchase description. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced type under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The annotated closing date for the s olicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. The government with award the vendor that has the lowest bid price while still being t echnically acceptable. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
