Description
Questions and Answers for solicitation number W912LC-08-T-0001 are as follows: 1. Q: Are demonstrations of products that meet the criteria but have not yet been demonstrated allowed? A: Product demonstrations are allowed. All demonstrations need to be conducted on or before 30 November 2007. Please contact SFC Tom Castillo at 720-250-5319 or email him at thomas.r.castillo@us.army.mil to coordinate a time for demonstration. 2. Q: Will a 4mm diameter insertion tube 2 meter length work okay? A: We will require a 5MM camera dia and working length insertion of 3M with all way articulation tip. 3. Q: What is the minimum probe diameter you require? A: We will require a 5MM camera tip and a 3M insertion working length with all way probe tip articulation. 4. Q: Will the borescope system require measurement capability? A: The bosrescope will require measurement capability and video recording capability. 5. Q: Is it acceptable to submit pricing for more than one model? A: It is acceptable to submit pricing for more than one model. 6. Q: Does the borescope require a battery or DC operation capability? A: The unit will need to work on AC and DC for portable use so we can take on top of a helicopter. 7. Q: In the listing on FedBizOpps, there is mention of the need for the borescope to be able to print pictures. By this, are you referring to the ability to save digital images that can be printed and saved to a computer after an inspection? A: We need to be able to print pictures and save them to a computer or print them out or E-mail them to the proper people to look at.
