Description

BIO-POND TREATMENT & MONITORING SYSTEM MAINTENANCE TASKS Pre-Qualifications " All contractors working on this system under this statement of work shall have a minimum of 3-years experience maintaining the following equipment: BIOX 1010 BOD5 online analyzer (as manufactured by Endress & Hauser); 6700FR Automatic Sampler (as manufa ctured by Teledyne ISCO); accQmin flow meter (as manufactured by Teledyne ISCO); and 4210 flow meter (as manufactured by Teledyne ISCO). Tasks Performed as necessary (as inspected once per week) " Change out carbon and particulate filters; " Transfer sugar water to drum storage for pond feed system; " Refill Substrate and nutrients for BIOX feed system; " Ensure the automatic BOD sampler is prepared for a deicing discharge event " Ensure the submersible pump in south pond is operable and not settled in pond sediment " Replace membranes on DO probes as required...
