- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for kitchen hood, duct cleaning, and grease trap maintenance and repair services at White Sands Missile Range, NM. The scope of work will be made accessible on Mond ay, 26 Nov 07, on the Army Contracting Agency, White Sands Missile Range, Directorate of Contracting web site at http://www.wsmr.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_stat.htm under Current Solicitations and Sources Sought. Offerors shall be responsible for monitori ng the Internet for amendments. Also, on the Current Solicitations and Sources Sought page you will see the Proposal Summary link. This form should be filled out and accompany your proposal. The Proposal Summary is being used instead of FAR 52.212-3 Off eror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. There will be three Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). 0001 will be Clean/Repair of Range Hoods and Ducting. 0002 Quarterly Clean of Grease Traps, and 0003 Emergency Service. Pricing should be for a base year of service and for four one-year option periods. Award will be made to a single offeror. This requirement is set aside aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 562998 and the small business size standard is $6.5 millio n average annual receipts for the last three fiscal years. The contract type will be fixed price. Proposals will be evaluated on a technically acceptable low price basis. You must show in your proposal that you have at least five years experience in the business. If you are selected, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov/) in order to receive the award. If you are not in the CCR at the time we are ready to make the award, you will be disqualified. It i s anticipated that award will be made by 21 Dec 07 and full performance will begin 01 Jan 08. Payment will be made by Government Credit Card. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. The preferred method of submission is electronic e-mail to b onnie.kerns@us.army.mil. You must notify Michel Leroux at michael.r.leroux@us.army.mil by 26 Nov 0 7 of your intent to attend. You are limited to two attendees. Be prepared to give Mr. Leroux the company name, names of attendees, and vehicle type. At the site visit, be sure to bring identification, vehicle registration, and proof of current insuranc e.
