- The purpose of this amendment is to announce a change in the specifications and to release the drawings. The remainder is a reiteration of the original notice: The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to re novate masonry building 486 to include demolition of interior and exterior walls, suspended ceiling, and carpet. Also includes, but not limited to, construction of soundproof walls, new suspended ceiling system and other finishes, new child restroom, exte rior storefront unit, new HVAC system and electrical systems to support the project. The range of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Procurement is set-aside for HUBZone Businesses only. NAICS is 236220 with a size standard of $31,000,000. Sol icitation will be provided to written requests only. Reference the solicitation number, state the name of the requestor, mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number.
