- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely with Madison Instruments under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This requirement provides mainten ance on the 4000 Spectrometer. This is a sole source procurement as Madison is the manufacturer. The North American Industry Classification is 811219 and the size standard is 500. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond t o the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
