- The 38 EIG/PKK has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for 362 RCS/RSSL (CA Sites). The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by the California Public Utilities Commission shall provide local commercial communications service for 362 RCS/RSSL, Recruiter offices located in San Bernadino, Victorville, Barstow, Upland, Redlands, Indio and Temecula CA.
