Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation VA-69D-08-RQ-0099 is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811212. This size standard is $23.0 Million. OFFERORS MUST STATE THEIR BUSINESS SIZE ON THEIR REQUEST. Please provide a quote per machine and per month. The contractor will provide full maintenance coverage, parts, service and supplies (excluding paper & staples). Response Time: Contractor shall provide a certified service technician on-site to commence repairs within 4 hours of the telephone request between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST Monday through Friday for the copiers listed below located at the Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 E.
