- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This small business set-aside procurement is being made in accordance with the procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) will award a single Firm Fixed-Price Contract with a period of performance of six months.
