Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division, on behalf of the Surface and Microanalysis Science Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis under the authority of 41 USC 253 (c)(1), with Coherent Laser, Inc., of Santa Clara, CA, for the purchase of a Coherent, Inc. OPO Laser System with automated active cavity length stabilization. This laser light source will be used in the development of a video rate, Coherent Anti-stokes Raman Scattering Optical Microscope.
