- Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-139-6306, 0016843324,Litter Support Assembly. An ?export control? technical data package (TDP) exists for this item. Technical data will only be released to contractors who are authorized/certified by the Defense Logistics Service Center. Eligible vendors should access the TDP via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The requirement is for 6 each, FOB destination New Cumberland PA, inspection and acceptance at origin. The required delivery is 269 days after First Article Approval. There is a First Article - contractor requirement. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select ?RFP/IFBs? from the top menu bar.
