- SECTION 2.0 (PRICING) IS AMENDED TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION: Final delivery is to be to Quito, Ecuador. For vehicles or motorcycles that are imported, the contractor is responsible for arranging for the delivery of the vehicles and motorcycles from the port to Quito. The quoted prices are to be in terms of "Cost, Insurance and Freight" (CIF), taking into consideration that final delivery will be to Quito, Ecuador. The vehicles shall be insured by the Contractor until such time as the vehicles are received by NAS in Quito. The Embassy will clear and title the vehicles. The delivery address for the vehicles and motorcycles is as follows: Embajada de los Estados Unidos Aves. Patria y 12 de Octobre Quito, Ecuador Companies with dealerships in Quito may also have the vehicles or motorcycles delivered to their dealerships, and request that the Embassy pick up the vehicles or motorcycles from the dealerships. The Embassy will prepare and provide all necessary paperwork required by the Ecuadorian government for tax and customs duty exoneration. The Embassy will also assist, should there be any problems encountered with clearing the vehicles or motorcycles through customs. THE DUE DATE FOR QUOTATIONS IS REVISED TO FRIDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2007. ACCORDINGLY, SECTION 6.8 IS REVISED AS FOLLOWS: 6.8. QUOTATIONS ARE DUE by 3:00 p.m., October 12, 2007, local (Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, U.S.) time, via e-mail, fax, or mail. See FAR 52.212-1 regarding late quotations. Identify your quotation as a response to solicitation number S-WHARC-07-Q-0031. If sending by email, send to: LindquistRA@state.gov, and the size of the email should not exceed 3 MB. If sending by fax, send to 954-630-1165, and the entire fax must be received by the due date and time. If sending by mail, send to Robert Lindquist, Contracting Officer, U.S. Department of State, RPSO Florida, 4000 N. Andrews Ave., Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309.
