Description: The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command propose a 5 year firm fixed price follow-on contract to the existing Sikorsky/CCAD partnership contract DAAH23-03-D-0043. The follow-on will include both supplies and technical/engineering/logistical suppor t services (TELSS) to support Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) in the repair and recapitalization of the H-60 Aircraft. This is a fully integrated effort that involves the procurement of combined integrated services and supplies to support CCAD in meeting the required agreed to reductions in repair turn around time (RTAT). The contractor must be able to provide the full range of services and 100% of material in order to meet the Governments requirement. The contractor will provide technology insertion, obsolescence management and test and support of equipment upgrades in support of reliability improvements for the H-60 Weapon System. The contractor will advise CCAD in establishing commercial best practices in the areas of production planning, production control, material management and process engineering. This effort also requires that the contractor develop repair, recap, and structural workstation kits and provide logistical support function in the inventory management of the parts and the material r equired by CCAD in the repair of the H-60 Weapon System in order to streamline CCAD component production. Complete and adequate data is not available to support full and open competition. This effort is a continuation of the existing sole source contract to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615, who alone has the background design knowledge experience, data, and/or equipment to support technical, engineering, material, and modernization capability required for this effort.
