- Description
- The Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) is soliciting proposals on a full and open competitive basis to award contracts in the Africa Region for Ships bunkers Easy Acquisition SEA Card programs with a single credit card facilitator. The SEA Card program is an established commercial purchase/credit card-based program for bunker fuel/related products and ancillary services. The SEA Card provides the means utilized by DESC Customers, i.e., Military Services, Federal Civilian Agencies and State and Local Drug Enforcement Agencies, to receive these services. The contractor will be expected to use commercially available services to process large numbers of retail fuel transactions and provide detailed transaction processes with the Defense Energy Support Center Fuels Automated System (FAS).
