- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease class 'A' contiguous office space on the third floor or above. The space offered must consist of approximately 4,616 rentable square feet in Ocala, FL. The space should yield 4,014 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Three (3) surface parking spaces are required. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: NW 5th Street- North N. Watula Ave- East West Silver Springs Blvd- South SR 200/441- West The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 1, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
