This is a market research announcement for informational planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Information submitted will be considered an exchange of capabilities. Any proprietary information provided should be properly marked. No solicitation will be issued at this time. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the government. The government is in no way bound by this information if a solicitation is issued.
