- The U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 1,380 rentable square feet of office space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of approximately 1,150 to a maximum of 1200 ANSI-BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The building offered must be Class A professional space with state of the art mechanical, electrical and security installations and must meet the minimum Federal Fire Safety and Handicap requirements. The Government reserves the right to determine acceptability of the offered property as to the building's structural integrity; the highest safety, energy efficient installations; aesthetic appearance, the security installations, the security of its surrounding areas, accessibility of the property to major highways and state roads, and availability of public transportation, and its location within the below mentioned Delineated Area.
