- This is a presoliciation notice to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary for the complete asbestos abatement of approximately 5,104 square feet of asbestos containing materials at the Kukoleck Main House, 6885 Canal Road, Valley View, Ohio and approximately 40 square feet of asbestos containing material at the Kukoleck Guest House located at 6881 Canal Road, Valley View, Ohio. Both properties are located within the boundaries of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Work will consist of, but is not limited to, proper removal and disposal of asbestos containing plaster, spackling and floor tiles. A complete description of the entire project will be included in the Request for Quotation, which will be available to download on or about December 5, 2007. Although not a mandatory requirement to quote on this project, a site visit is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Please contact Dee Strickland at (440) 546-5931 for scheduling. The NAICS Code for this project is 562910. The Small Business Size Standard is $13 million. The Request for Quotation, with specifications and Davis-Bacon Wage Rates, will be posted to websites: http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
