- Description
- Provide armed guard service including all labor, materials and equipment at various Bureau of Reclamation powerplants, dams and facilities located in Eagle, Lake and Summit Counties, Colorado. The contract shall be for 1 year with 4 options of an additional year per option. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be available on or around December 17, 2007, and proposals due in the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101 on or around close of business (COB) January 16, 2007. There is no charge for the first copy; additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 per set. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $1 million to $5 million. The North American Industry Classification System code is 561612. The Small Business Size Standard is $17 Million. This is a small business set-aside. The specifications will not be posted to the internet; however a complete solicitation package is available in hard copy. To request a hard copy of the solicitation, contractors must fax a request to (406) 247-7798, Attn: Hart BlackEagle. The request must include contractor's name, address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification number and their Dun and Bradstreet number. Note 1: Effective October 1, 2003, any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Contractors may register at http://www/ccr/gov Note 2: Effective January 1, 2005, any contractor submitting a quotation, offer or proposal to the Government must complete their Representations and Certifications online. All representations and certifications which used to appear in Section K of Bureau of Reclamation Solicitations are now online.
