- The United States Government has a requirement to install a Live Fire (LF) Shoot House as part of the Brigade Combat Team (BCT) Multi-Purpose Small Arms Complex (MPSAC) at Fort Drum, NY. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive Command (TACOM) intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the procurement of one (1) each Military Operations on Urbanized Terrain (MOUT) Shoot House at Fort Drum, NY. This procurement action is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. FOB shall be Destination. Inspection and Acceptance sh all be destination. Delivery will be 90 days after receipt of order but no later than 19 March, 2007. The Shoot House shall be 360 degree LF with detached roof and catwalks and provide a training capability of 1,400 square feet. The Shoot House layout shal l be in accordance with (IAW) Figure D-22 FCC 17879 Live Fire Exercise Shoot House in Training circular (TC) 25-8. A solicitation is forthcoming and all specifications and requirements shall be listed therein. Approximate solicitation date is 30 November, 2007. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mail ing list. Interested parties must periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain the solicitation and any amendments thereto. Failure to obtain amendments and respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may rende r offers non-responsible and result in rejection of same.
