- Federal Supply Class(FSC) 3810, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333924. Super Stacker, Terex Model TFC45 or equivalent. This will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract with a quantity of one. There is no option quanity req uirement. FOB Destination, Blue Grass Army Depot, Richmond, KY. Delivery is required NLT 60 days from contract award date. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may regis ter via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or contact CCR at 1-888-227-2423. APPROXIMATE issue date is 20 December 2007 with the opening date 30 days from issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.osc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these websites. It is the contractors responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes. Electronic bid submission w ill NOT be accepted in response to the solicitation. All proposals must be faxed or mailed in by the specified date and time.
