- Description
- The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command has a requirement to procure from Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS), the following necessary supplies and technical services for logistics support and training, and field engineering support for the U. S. Marine Corps Ground-Based Operational Surveillance System (G-BOSS) installation support. The effort includes systems engineering, design, test, and demonstration support, installation and fielding, logistics support, and training of the G-BOSS. This p rocurement will be acquired from Northrop Grumman through a New Task Order issued under the existing IDIQ FAAD C2/C-RAM Systems Integration contract W31P4Q-06-D-0029. The period of performance will be for 9 months. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), as i mplemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this procurement is sole source to Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS), 1430-A Wall Triana Hwy, Madison, AL. 35756.
