- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan intends to award a contract to AAR Manufacturing Inc., AAR Mobility Systems, Cadillac, Michigan a Large Business for the purchase of Expandable Light Air Mobility Shelter (ELAMS) Rigid and R ugged Tactical Containerized Shelters, accessories, and other support equipment for the delivery to Camp Grayling, Michigan. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Further information can be provided if need be. Responses to this intent will be accepted from any contractor who has the ability to provide a technically acceptable substitute.
