- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. In this effort the government is seeking to procure the servic es of a Catholic Priest to support the Pentagon community and lead mass each weekday (Monday - Friday) during the contract performance period. Basis for this award will be low price, technically acceptable. The solicitation document and incorporated prov isions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11.
