- The Army Reserve Contracting Center-Wichita has a requirement for a contractor to provide double occupancy lodging accommodations for U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers in Omaha NE. 68124. Type of Set Aside: 100% Small Business: Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price. The North American Industry Classification is 721110 and the size standard is $6.0M. The requirement is for 63 double occupancy rooms for approximately 23 days beginning on or about 03 January 2008.
