- The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award on a sole source basis a Fixed Price Contract for the procurement of Cryptographic COMSEC training manuals and other technical documents to the Original Equipment manufacturer (OEM), Mykotronx, Inc. 25 Van Ness Way, Suite 200, Torrance, CA 90501-1488. This proposed acquisition will include the following requirement: Training Manual on the install of the Benign Fill Module (BFM) Kit; Operator and Maintenance Manuals, Installation Procedures, Test Sets, and Technical and Provisioning Data needed for the life-cycle sustainment support of the BFM. Required Delivery: 12 months after receipt of order. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government anticipates making an award by February 2008. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within fifteen (15) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), or women-owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. See note 22.
