- This announcement will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. The evaluation of proposals will be based on a Technical Price Trade-off (TPT). The evaluation criteria will be incorporated into the formal solicitation. The period of Performance will be included in the contractor?s proposal. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-21.
