- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Metropolitan Detention Center, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, intends to issue solicitation RFQ30605-005-8, for requirements of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE-NON EDIBLE. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB DESTINATION, delivery dates will begin January 2008 through March 31, 2008, (with exact dates shown withing the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the Metropolitan Detention Center Guaynabo (Warehouse Area) at #652 on Road 28, Catano, Puerto Rico 00962-5700. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance.
