- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with TSA Transportation Security Administration Acquisition Management System (TSAAMS) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSTS07-08-R-0002, which is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This requirement will be a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.
