- Description
- National Institute on Drug Abuse, Office of Acquisitions- Neurosciences, Station Support/Simplified Acquisition, on behalf of the National Institute on Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) intends to negotiate on a FAR Part 13 basis and award a purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Sandy Jackson, 8410 Clay Drive, Fort Washington, Maryland 20744 for 960 hours of support to the NINDS Division of Extramural Services (DER) in preparation of automated data products that expedite and facilitate the review of grant applications being reviewed at NANDS Council. This automated support is provided to the DER/OD during three cycles per year. The established business process between the DER/OD office and IRMB requires specific business knowledge of the NIH grants process and the eRA enterprise database schema to provide electronic books with required turn around times as short as 4 hours. There are currently over 40 books produced for each round. Each of the queries that support the creation of an electronic product requires maintenance, modification, testing and quality review for each round. Each of the data products will be updated multiple times in the workflow up to their final presentation/use at the NANDS Council.
