- Description
- The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases is conducting a market survey to determine the availability and technical capability of qualified small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business or HUBZone small businesses capable of providing the following services (1) facilitate leadership with an array of strategic and operational planning and financing issues to include (a) AIDS/Non-AIDS formulation, (b) funding and reporting, (c) grant funding policies, (c) contracting funding policies, (d) resource tracking, (e) display mechanism allocations, (f) AIDS coding policies in the intramural research program, (g) internal reporting and communications, (h) provide periodic reports and hold periodic meetings to brief staff (i) strategic and operational resource management issues.
