- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Atlantic Services Group Inc. DBA Atlantic Valet for leasing of parking facilities for FDA employees located at the Rockwall II building in Rockville, Md. Award shall be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 -- simplified acquisition procedures. The proposed award is for services under NAICS 812930 Parking Lots and Garages. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is issued for information purposes and a request for competitive proposals. Any interested party should submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this synopsis can be met no later than 5 days from the date of the announcement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed action based on responses from this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
