- This requirement will be solicited for award of a Definite Quantity Contract for NSN 6840-01-424-2495, Insecticide, Altosid , approved source is Zoecon Cage 51112, P/N: Altosid XR (Altosid Briquets). EPA REG NO. 2724-421. Unit Box contains 220 each. The required quantity is 243 Boxes. A 100% Quantity Option will be included in the contract. EPA Registration/Labeling Required. MSDS is required. Shelf Life Type I, 15 Mos. Item is commercial. Original Manufacturer?s Commercial Unit Packaging is required. Repackaging is not authorized. Alternate offers require approval (No exceptions) by the Armed Forces Pest Management Board (AFPMB) before addition to list of approved sources.
