- NSN is 4720-00-933-1463. Drawing number is 16236 CS-4320-0442. Qualification requirements are QPL: MIL-H-24136/4-64. Further information can be located on IHS Haystack under Specs and Standards. Total quantity is 3,825 if all option years are exercised. Unit of issue is FEET. FOB Destion, Inspection/ Acceptance is Origin. Delivery schedule is 120 days ADO. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 9, 12, 23 and 26. Solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on November 19, 2007. Drawings/specifications will be available through DIBBS solicitaiton link. Proposed procurement contains an option to extend contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Total duration (base year plus 4 (four) option years) shall not exceed 5 (five) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, final ward decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
