- Description
- All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered for this five-year Indefinite Quantity Contract (one base year and four one-year options). Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Acquisition method: 2C. The approved sources are 06351, 00752, 25223, 81755, 82152, 85226. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described section M of the solicitation. NSN 5985-01-146-9284. Item Description: Antenna. Delivery Requirement is 210 days. Unit of Issue: Each. The FOB point and Inspection and Acceptance points are Destination. The solicitation will open on December 07, 2007 and close on January 07, 2008.
