- (i) This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the solicitation. (ii) The solicitation number will be HC1028-08-T-0021. (iii) This will be solicited as a Limited Source procurement (Name Brand) and a Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519. (iv) This requirement is to provide 12 Months Support for Network Intelligence Envision maitenance (5050-HA Appliance Standard Support Plan) for SN NNG00052500426, SN NNG00052104429, and SN NNG00052104427 for AFIS IRM in Alexandria, VA. The Period of Performance is 01 Jan 2008 ? 31 Dec 2008. (v) Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance and support must request a copy of the solicitation not later than 12:00PM CST 23 November 2007 via the following address: dean.cravens@disa.mil . The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order.
