- Description
- Advance Notice. Proposals will be solicited for RFP No. CQ8057/KEC for: ?WMATA PeopleSoft HR/Payroll Remediation Project Phase 2 and 3". The overall scope of the project includes: Redesign of HR Position Management Process; Improving the organization of the existing HR Data; Automation of a target group of manual Personnel Action Requests; The replacement of the DTG and ETS Time Capture Systems with PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Kronos Clocks; Training of METRO personnel for the items included in Scope; Automation of the Prior Period Time Adjustment Process and selective automation of the Payroll Retroactive Process. Proposal due date December 5, 2007, with award anticipated for December 20, 2007. Contract duration is approximately 6 months (early 2008 through June 30, 2008). DBE participation of 25% will be required. DBE firms must be certified with WMATA?s Office of Civil Rights at the time of proposal submission.
