- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation M67865-08-T-0004 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 812332 - Industrial Launderers. This RFQ is issued as a commercial item (service) procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR part 13) and is issued in anticipation of a firm fixed price contract for shop towel and absorbent pads cleaning. No paper copies of this solicitation will be provided. The offer/quote must include a technical description of the service being offered in sufficient detail to allow the Government to evaluate compliance with the requirements. The Government intends to award an order, resulting from this solicitation, to the responsible qouter who quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. All quotes, and other correspondece are due 16:00 (4 pm) PST on 26 Nov 2007 and must be submitted as follows Via the US Postal Service, mail to MCAS MIRAMAR CONTRACTING OFFICE, PO BOX 452000, SAN DIEGO, CA 92145.
