- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required items under RFQ N60063908RC007XJ, a subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. Acquisition Group at FISC Norfolk intends to purchase the following contract line items. CLIN 0001 (Mid South Force Protection FY08 ACS Network Maintenance Supply Contract), this quote should include an internal closed network that provides a secure communication source for desired control system and camera monitoring system. The systems main purpose is to drive the Enterprise 650 software provided by American Magnetics to manage the Access Control and Intruder Detection System. The system requirements demand 100% operational capability. The contractor needs to provide, at a minimum, 2-hour response time to all trouble calls during normal working hours (0700 ? 1700) and 4-hour response time between 1700 ? 0700 (24/7). Contract to include all costs associated with labor for routine annual maintenance and security of the network. Contractor will provide services for minor expansion of network.
