- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole source basis CLIN 0001 Power Work LINUX Development Version 2.5 DOM Model # WL2200-JDV, CLIN 0002 Night Trace Version 5.5 Model # WB8500-JG, CLIN 0003 Nightview Version 6.1 Model # WL2600-JG, CLIN 0004 Power Works Linux Development Environment MAXada Version 5.2 Model # WL2201-JDV, CLIN 0005 Total monthly software maintenance for 9 months and CLIN 0006 Upgrade existing licenses to the versions stated in CLINs 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0004. Concurrent Computer Corporation, 2881 Gateway Drive, Pompano Beach, FL 33069, is the Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) and sole distributor of this software. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 334111, 1000 employee size standard. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government. This procurement will be issued on a firm fixed price basis. FOB destination, Dahlgren, VA shall apply. Request for Quotation number N00178-08-Q-3005 will be used. Quotes are due by COB 23 November, 2007. It is anticipated that the awarded will be made on 5 December 2007. A numbered note of 22 applies.
