- Point of Contact: Kate Steff, Purchasing Agent, Phone 206-764-6563, Fax 206-764-6817 or email kate.r.steff@usace.army.mil Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials to fabricate, deliver and install a 24 x 30 Pole Building in the vicinity of Chief Joseph Dam as specified herein. Existing Conditions: Existing conditions are favorable and equipment access to the area is good. The work area is located in an area where spoilage from the original excavation of the Dam was deposited. The Contractor is likely to find some very large boulders when performing excavation work within the work area boundary. Attached Drawing # 1 shows dimensions of the work area.
